What are the academic requirements for the Global FUTURE-READY Merit Scholarship?

Your child should meet specific grades or standards set by the scholarship’s board. Each category from each grade has its specifications:

If your child is:

1. In year 1-2, also known as grade 11-12, they should attain:

For Category A – 96.01% if the student is from CBSE, ICSE or State board and other boards. 

Score nine “A” pluses if the student is from IGCSE, GCSE “O” level.

For Category B – 94.01-96.0% if the student is from ICSE, CBSE, or state board and other boards. On the same note, your child should score eight A-pluses if he/she is a GCSE/ IGCSE “O” level, student.

For Category C – 90.0-94.0% if the student is from ICSE, CBSE, State boards, or other board exams. GCSE or IGCSE “O” level students should have attained an “A” in seven subjects. 

2. Grade 9-10:

For Category A – Students should have attained 97.01% and above in either ICSE, CBSE, the state board or other board exams. CLSP or CAIE students should have scored nine “As”.

For Category B – Students should have attained between 95.01-97.0% in either ICSE, CBSE, State Board or other board exams. On the other hand, CLSP and CAIE students should have scored eight “A” pluses.

For Category C – To get this scholarship, your child should have two-year records proving that he/she attained 93.01-95.0% in CBSE, ICSE, State board, or other boards, or scored seven “As” in either ICLSP Or CAIE.

What are the percentage waivers for various Global FUTURE-READY Merit Scholarship categories?

3. Grade 7-8 students

Grade 7 and 8 have four categories with different percent waiver on tuition fees: 

  • A – 20% waiver

  • B – 15% waiver

  • C – 12% waiver

  • D – 10% waiver

4. Grade 9-10 students

Grade 9 and 10 also have four categories with different percent scholarships waiver:

  • A – 20% waiver

  • B – 15 % waiver
