We launched the SD-WAN market in late 2016.It was still the first days of the SD-WAN industry, and although many customers have heard of SD-WAN, there are still concerns about avoiding a proven solution. At the moment, even though it is expensive (MPLS), using the Internet is the most important thing for a WAN to connect devices and services to many newcomers to the industry. Many customers have also transferred WAN management to a service provider and were terrified of taking the WAN management themselves (DIY model, Do It Yourself) or buying a new SD-WAN solution for their existing service. provider (managed service model).
